Health & safety

Health and safety are a top priority for us. Every new P/mint employee receives a ‘New Employee Guide’ during onboarding. We have implemented an ISO 45001-certified health and safety management system and established a Health and Safety Committee that oversees all our facilities. Clear procedures help protect our employees and reduce the number of accidents.

Supplier environmental assessment

P/mint has developed a Supplier Code of Conduct that outlines our expectations for business integrity, labor practices, employee health and safety, and environmental management. All suppliers are required to sign contracts and execute purchase orders that ensure compliance with these standards.

We also encourage our customers and suppliers to make responsible choices by using certified paper. Our product range includes items with FSC, PEFC, EU Ecolabel, Cradle to Cradle, and Blue Angel certifications.

Eco-friendlier transportation

We plan product transportation to minimize environmental impact, aiming to improve efficiency and optimize cargo space.

Shifting our fleet toward eco-friendly solutions supports our vision of social responsibility and helps us meet environmental standards. We are committed to ensuring all international transport fully complies with EURO 5 and 6 regulations.
