Human rights management

Our human rights management system covers both our facilities and the entire supply chain. We ensure fairness, safety, and equality in the workplace, with training provided to all employees.

Community involvement

We understand the role that large companies play in local communities. That is why we aim to be more than just a good local employer. We strive to be socially active, acting as helpers and mentors to those around us.

We encourage employees to take part in fundraising activities, engage in nationwide charitable initiatives, and support local schools, students, and kindergartens. We also assist those in need – for example, we organized aid for Ukrainian refugees affected by the ongoing war.
