Grzegorz Klocek

Biography

Grzegorz is a leader with over 22 years of experience in IT, including 16 years in team management and building technology environments within large organizations. He developed his career in international financial institutions, ABN AMRO Bank and The Royal Bank of Scotland, where he was responsible for the development and stability of IT infrastructure as well as projects supporting several thousand users. He later joined Polski Standard Płatności (BLIK), where he led the team responsible for maintaining the payment platform and developing operational processes supporting key participants in the financial market.

After 2020, he joined PFR Operacje, managing teams responsible for IT support and operational services, with a focus on process optimization, improving service quality, and implementing modern ways of working. Currently, at P/mint, he is responsible for setting the direction of technology development, building a modern IT architecture, and standardizing processes that support the organization’s digital transformation.

He graduated from Warsaw University of Technology with a degree in Microelectronics and Optoelectronics and completed postgraduate studies in IT Resource Management at the same university.
