Izabela Kawczynski

Biography

Izabela Kawczynski is Head of People and Culture at P/Mint. She is an experienced international people and leadership development leader with over 20 years of expertise in capability building, culture transformation and performance enablement across B2B and B2C environments. In 2012, she founded IP Group, an HR training and recruitment business supporting international markets, and scaled it across Romania, Hungary, Turkey and Dubai while managing a team of employees and a large contractor network.

Since 2018, she has designed and delivered leadership and development programs for global organizations including DHL, North Face, Colt Technology, Worldwide Technology, Colliers Poland, Royal Mail, Sony Entertainment, Kino Polska, Wabtec and Medgen. She is certified by the NeuroLeadership Institute (London) as a Brain-Based Coach and is also accredited in Positive Intelligence and CliftonStrengths.

Izabela joined P/Mint on October 1, 2025, bringing a modern, science-based approach to empowering leaders and employees through growth and change.
