Jean-Michel Gaffé

Biography

Jean-Michel Gaffé is an experienced international business leader with a strong background in marketing and in-store solutions.

He joined Quad in 2015 through its acquisition of Marin’s, an in-store solutions company, where he served as Director of International Business Development before being promoted to President and CEO. In 2016, he became Vice President of Sales for Quad Europe’s In-Store Solutions division while continuing as President of Marin’s, and later that year joined the Quad Europe Board of Directors. In this role, he contributed to shaping the company’s strategy, with a focus on developing the In-Store division.

On June 1, 2021, Jean-Michel Gaffé was appointed President of Quad Europe, and in 2025 became
President of P/mint. 

He holds a degree in economics from the Université de Normandie, France.
