Maciejka Januszewska

Biography

An experienced HR leader with over 10 years of experience in manufacturing organizations. She specializes in building and transforming HR functions, organizational development, compensation systems, and change management. Throughout her career, she has led projects involving both rapid workforce growth and restructuring processes.

She joined P/mint in 2026, initially as HR Business Partner – Manufacturing, before taking on the role of Head of People & Culture. In her current position, she is responsible for developing the HR strategy and building an organizational culture that supports people’s growth and the achievement of the company’s business goals.

She is a graduate of SWPS University, where she studied Social Psychology, and WSB University, where she pursued studies in human resources management, payroll and HR administration, as well as administration and labour law.
